About

Hi, I’m Kelley.

I’m a wife, a mother of three, and a woman who woke up one day and realized:
This life I’m living? It’s not the one my soul signed up for.

My journey cracked open after having my third child. The chaos was constant, and I no longer recognized myself. I was exhausted, reactive, disconnected, and angry. I tried to hold everything together, but on the inside, I was unraveling.

That unraveling? It became my beginning.

I started searching for a way back to myself—not the polished version, but the one buried under years of guilt, shame, people-pleasing, and pressure to do it all perfectly. I didn’t want tips and tricks. I wanted truth. I wanted to feel again.

Over the years, I’ve discovered something wild and sacred:
I’m not here just to survive.
I’m not here to perform.
I’m here to transmit.

To hold space for the in-between moments.
To name the things we’re taught to hide.
To help others remember that healing isn’t about fixing—it’s about returning.

Gain from Grace is the space I created to document that return.
It’s a blog, yes—but really, it’s a home for women and mothers who feel like there’s more beneath the surface.
More depth. More soul. More truth.
And maybe you, like me, are ready to walk through the fire and find your way home.

If you’re craving real talk, sacred presence, a little sarcasm, and a lot of honesty—you’re in the right place.
This isn’t about pretending we have it all together.
This is about walking each other home.

Welcome to the current.
I’m so glad you’re here.
